They serve range of sweets from Anmitsu to Matcha Juice and people even on line outside the shop to have their finest sweets. Anmitsu is one of the most famous and traditional Japanese sweets which consists of the several ingredients such as An and Agar, and Mihashi assures its quality by using finest ingredients imported from different areas from Hokkaido, the northernmost and Okinawa, the southernmost, literally across the country. Mihashi is located just 3 minutes away from Ueno Station and the area surrounding is worth visiting as well. If there are too much people on line, you can try to go to an another shop where is in underground of the Matsuzakaya department store (Okachimachi).

Interior is pretty neat and classical. There’ll be no line up people if you visit there in the morning of the weekdays. Mihashi does both eat-in and take-away, and English menu with pictures are also available. Enjoy! and please check it out!
