Epson Shinagawa Aqua Stadium has been rebranded to Epson Aqua Park Shinagawa to attract international attention as part of the urbanization project in 2015 July and it is in an all-new setting. The place is located in Shinagawa and very close to the station. Its attraction package is filled with fun and edutainment value that everyone, from tourists to city residents, will enjoy.
Not content with simply presenting sea creatures in tanks as traditional aquariums do, the curators mesmerize visitors with a production full of sounds, lights and images. There are also attractions carousel and a ship in first floor. You can also enjoy some drinks in Coral Café Bar with amazing illuminated tank where is good for your special date! On the upper floor you can see non-marine animals including capybara and iguanas in the “Aqua Jungle,” and an impressive dolphin show in “The Stadium”. The dolphin show, jellyfish tanks and other familiar displays have been combined with cutting-edge audio visual displays, while the tunnel with stingrays and sharks have also gotten a Facelift.
The world’s first touch panel-equipped fish tank is located in the Interline Area within the ground floor’s Magical Ground zone. Fitting the “Sensory Theme Park” moniker, simply touch the screen to feel like you are playing with the sea life swimming freely within the tank. It’s so beautiful and you will not have enough time only few hours to see everything! You don’t get bored for sure. Please check it out!
